дефицит платежного баланса
Разница между потребностями страны в иностранной валюте для оплаты импорта и обслуживания своих долгов и тем, что она получает от экспорта и поступлений из-за рубежа. Этот разрыв ликвидируется за счет мобилизации дополнительной иностранной валюты (донорской помощи, займов и т.п.) или за счет сокращения потребностей в ней путем уменьшения импорта или пересмотра условий выплаты долга. Основными средствами, которые помогают странам решать проблемы платежных балансов, являются прогнозирование финансового разрыва и проведение соответствующих переговоров, направленных на его уменьшение.

A financial market that trades Treasury bills, commercial paper and other short-term financial instruments. This market is often used by businesses when they need short-term funds to bridge the gap between paying operating costs and collecting revenue from product sales.
